We ordered AGRYMER in March 2022 and received the package after 4 days. It was well packed and after opening we found that it is completely charged as well. The instruction booklet was there and the videos present on YouTube for detailed instructions were quite easy to understand.

We also printed the company monogram on rough wood surfaces and still the portable printer printed perfectly. 

This printer has a patented design which is quite comfortable to hold for longer duration.
